Four Season Tools offers several endwall designs that feature different ventilation and material options. We will work with you to provide you with an endwall package that meets the needs of your growing operation.

Endwalls for Movable Tunnels:

 

Prefabricated Metal Wide Open Endwall with Retractable Studs

 

  

Designed for maximum ventilation, the Wide Open Endwall features three butterfly vents, one peak vent, and a roll-up bottom. Retractable studs allow this movable system to pass over existing crops without interference. Two-inch square steel studs with welded joints and telescoping ends provide strength and longevity, while allowing for easy construction. For moderate to hot climates, where ventilation is key, the Wide Open Endwall is a great movable endwall choice.

Prefabricated Metal Endwall with Flip-Up Bottoms

The Prefabricated Metal Endwall with Flip-Up Bottoms is an easy-to-construct option that features 2” square metal studs with welded joints and polycarbonate panels. For use with movable systems, the 3’ flip-up bottoms allow for easy movement over existing crops without disturbance. Multiple door options and one 54” peak vent allow for easy access and ample ventilation. The flip-up bottom design is most commonly used with sidewall ventilation. Versatile and simple, this endwall design is ideal for many climates and operations.

Metal Removable Endwall 

 

 

 

Removable up to 8’, the Metal Removable Endwall design is the ideal choice for tall crops and perennials. Metal construction with welded joints and retractable/removable studs create a durable, long-lasting, and extremely functional endwall design. Peak ventilation, sidewall entry, and roll-up bottoms provide easy access and great ventilation.

Endwalls for Fixed Tunnels:

            The Fixed Metal Endwall has many options that can be customized to fit your needs. Our prefabricated metal designs have welded joints and feature a 54” peak vent and either a single or double hinged doors. If there is a specific design in mind, the use of flare tubing allows for a completely customized metal endwall design. Easily manipulated with a flaring tool, flare tubing allows for custom lengths and secure connections. Twin-wall polycarbonate covering makes this a long-lasting, durable endwall.
